Kennesaw State University’s Executive Master of Business Administration has, for the sixth year in a row, been rated the best in Georgia and among the top in the world, according to CEO Magazine’s 2022 Global Executive MBA rankings released today.

CEO Magazine ranks the Executive MBA at the Michael J. Coles College of Business third in the nation and No. 9 in the world, placing it among the “Tier One” programs for the eighth year in a row. The 2022 rankings are based on three years of aggregate data.

“Continuing to rank among the best programs in the world confirms that the Coles College Executive MBA provides students with a degree that is recognized as the best in many ways,” said Robin Cheramie, dean of the Coles College of Business. “Our students, faculty and staff and their dedication to the program are the reasons we continue to see that success.”

Magazine classifies programs as Tier One or Tier Two based on factors including faculty quality and faculty-student ratio, international diversity and exposure, class size, accreditation, professional development, work experience, gender equality and teaching methods.

Approximately 45 working professionals are enrolled annually at Coles College’s EMBA, which is team-based to promote collaboration, decision-making, resourcefulness, ingenuity and entrepreneurship. The 19-month program offers executive training and a customized curriculum for ambitious professionals, including executives, mid-level managers and entrepreneurs.

“CEO Magazine’s continued acknowledgment of our program reinforces that our commitment to recruiting and retaining faculty with real-world experience and a passion for a variety of industries prepares students for the best experiences possible,” said Alison Keefe, executive director of the EMBA program. “Maintaining the No. Our top 1 EMBA program in Georgia and being named the best in the world shows students that the Executive MBA from KSU increases our student promotions by 50%.”

In addition to the Executive MBA rankings, the magazine rankings also rank KSU’s online MBA among the best in the world and rank Coles College as a premier Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) provider in CEO Magazine’s global list of accreditation, faculty quality, geography and international standing.

Kennesaw State’s DBA program transferred four years ago to a Ph.D. in Business Administration where students can pursue a concentration in accounting, information systems, management or marketing.

This year, CEO Magazine included business schools across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere, and ranked data from 180 schools offering 347 different programs in 27 countries — 98 online, 92 EMBA, and 157 full-time MBAs. and part-time programs.

Michael J. Coles College of Business is one of the largest business schools in Georgia, with more than 7,000 students and 160 faculty members. Coles College offers undergraduate degrees in 11 majors and 16 minor programs, six undergraduate programs, multiple degree options and executive education programs.
