Overnight in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: A gray 2012 Acura TL was stolen.

11:36 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A 37-year-old man was contacted under the influence of a controlled substance.

7:21 p.m., at South Bascom Avenue and East Hamilton: A 43-year-old man was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and had multiple warrants for his arrest.

2:20 a.m. Pollard Road and More Avenue: A 27-year-old man and woman were stopped for a vehicle violation. The man was carrying methamphetamine and a pipe. The woman is a convicted felon and was carrying methamphetamine, a pipe and pepper spray.

2100 block of South Winchester Blvd.: A man left his vehicle unattended while pumping gas and believes someone stopped the pump and filled his vehicle as well.

October 18

7:57 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A 36-year-old man was contacted and a search revealed a pipe containing methamphetamine.

4:23 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A 30-year-old driver was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and a search revealed methamphetamine.

Overnight in the 700 block of West Valley Drive: Someone stole several victims’ mail from the postal bank.

1:33 a.m. In the 1200 block of Westmont Avenue: Someone took a package from a driveway.

10:49 p.m. in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue: Two women took some items, then went to another business and stole another bag. One woman had Xanax.

12:48 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A 22-year-old man exposed himself in front of a store. HE also threw a rock at the window, breaking it. He had a warrant for sexual assault.

3:28 a.m. 600 block of Creekside Way: A 40-year-old man was arrested on a warrant. He had methamphetamine.

October 19

5:53 a.m. in the 300 block of Harrison Avenue: A blue 2002 Chevrolet Silverado with an extended cab and rack was reported stolen.

2:11 p.m., at Winchester Boulevard and Hamilton Avenue: A 23-year-old man was stopped for a vehicle violation. He was in violation of a restraining order and had a knife/dagger.

2:26 p.m. Hamilton and Llewellyn avenues: A 25-year-old man was weaving in and out of traffic. He lied about his identity and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

7:15 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A 27-year-old man was under the influence of a stimulant.

Overnight in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue: Someone broke into the underground parking lot and stole two bicycles.

10:52 p.m., at East Sunnyox and Dell avenues: A 58-year-old man was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. He admitted to placing a false registration plate on his vehicle and being under the influence of stimulants and possessing digital scales, plastic bags, a blade and dextroamphetamine, alprazolam, methamphetamine, LSD and cocaine for sale/transport.

12:06 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A 41-year-old man was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

12:35 a.m. East Campbell and Gilman avenues: A 59-year-old man was under the influence of a stimulant and had drug paraphernalia in his possession.

1:41 a.m. 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A 27-year-old man was called as a possible victim of a malfunction. The law enforcement officers contacted him, and he admitted that he was driving the vehicle. It turned out that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

3:16 a.m. East Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way: Officers tried to pull over a motorcycle, but he failed. An arrest warrant will be issued for the motorcycle.

4:05 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A 22-year-old man broke in through a window and then was able to get into a safe. He was standing next to his car, which contained the money from the theft. He later confessed to the theft.

3:36 p.m., First Street and Rincon Avenue: A 23-year-old man was stopped for a vehicle violation. He had an outstanding warrant and was arrested.

8:59 p.m. South Bascom Avenue and East Hamilton Avenue: A 39-year-old man collided with a curb. It turned out that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

10:27 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A 26-year-old man was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of burglary tools and lost property.

1:10 a.m. South Winchester Boulevard and West Rincon Avenue: A man was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

1:10 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and West Rincon Avenue: The victim said the suspect punched him in the face several times, causing him to turn red.

12:38 a.m. South Winchester Boulevard and West Hamilton Avenue: An 18-year-old male was contacted with his vehicle causing a hazard. He had methamphetamine.

October 22

10:03 a.m. in the 00 block of Shelley Avenue: Officers located a 2021 Jeep Cherokee reported stolen in San Jose.

1:15 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A victim gave the suspect money for pain medication. The suspect does not answer the victim’s calls, and he demanded to be prosecuted.

8:59 p.m. in the 1100 block of Smith Avenue: A 12-year-old threatened to be the next school shooter in a group chat.

2:16 a.m. In the 500 block of Salmar Ave.: Someone broke a water main at a curb, causing an excessive amount of water to spill into the street.

3:18 a.m. In the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A 44-year-old man was contacted under the influence of a stimulant.

October 23

2:48 a.m. 900 block of Sobrato Drive: A 30-year-old man punched a victim during an argument. The victim said that the suspect strangled her three weeks ago.

5:03 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A 26-year-old man was contacted in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe.
