Floyd Mayweather claiming he doesn’t know who Deji is, Tyson Fury could face Derek Chisora next and Conor Benn facing a 4-year ban, lead to today’s boxing match.
Welcome to the SportsKeeda boxing program. Let’s start.
#3. Floyd Mayweather said he did not know Deji
Ahead of his third showdown this year, Floyd Mayweather made an interesting claim. One would think that before a fight, one knows who his opponent is, however, that is not the case with Mayweather.
During a recent interview with him TMZ Sports, Floyd Mayweather claims he doesn’t “really know Deji.” Interestingly, ‘Money’ is set to host the YouTuber next month on November 13. He said:
“Actually I don’t know Deji, they just called me by name. And, my team did their homework and we said, ‘Why?’ Let’s enjoy ourselves, I’m sure he’s a tough competitor, a great kid.”
Chances are this is Mayweather taking a dig at the YouTuber. As everyone knows, this is an album for Deji. If he can survive the first round with ‘Money’, he would have earned every penny of what is expected to be a humongous payday.

#2. Tyson Fury could fight Derek Chisora next
Tyson Fury has been struggling to find his opponent for his return for some time. While at one time it was thought that there would be a fight with Anthony Joshua, the fight fell off the table. However, it looks like Fury has finally managed to lock up his opponent for his return on December 3rd.
As Michael Benson stated on his Twitter page, it seems Tyson Fury will fight Derek Chisora in the fight that will be held on December 3 in Cardiff. The boxer said:
It has been reported that Tyson Fury vs Derek Chisora III is in the lead for Fury’s next fight. It is claimed the pair have agreed terms to fight Fury’s WBC title on December 3 in Cardiff.
#1. Conor Benn could face a 4 year ban
Ahead of his fight with Chris Eubank Jr., Conor Benn tested positive for the banned substance clomiphene. A positive drug test has finally resulted in the fight being canceled and it looks like things are about to get worse for ‘The Destroyer’.
According to recent reports, UKAD (UK Anti-Doping) is investigating the matter and if Conor Benn fails to prove his innocence, he could end up being banned for up to 4 years. While Benn did Claiming to be a clean fighter, the investigation will bring much needed light on the matter.
