Ghanaian rapper Mohammed Ismail Sheriff, popularly known as Black Sheriff in showbiz, is on a winning streak. Hours after emerging as Best Male Musician at the 2022 Fashion Ghana Honors and Awards, the 20-year-old bagged three awards at the Ghana Music Awards UK.

“The black sheriff wins.”Artist of the year“”New Artist of the Year,” and “Hiplife hip-hop song Best of the Year” with his hit song, Kwaku the Traveler. He beat competition from King Promise, Kiddy, Sarkodie, Kwami Eugene, Akwaboh, Stoneboy, Celestine Donkor and Diana Hamilton to win the Most Desirable Artiste of the Year title.
