Singer-songwriter Armaan Malik, who has had a great year so far with career-defining projects like Ed Sheeran’s ‘2 Step’ and a feature in ‘Memu Agamu’ with Allu Arjun, looks set to end the year on a high. Latest English single ‘U’ earned him his second MTV EMA nomination for ‘Best India Act’.
His first international single, ‘Control’, won him the MTV EMA in 2020 and marked a major milestone in his journey to take his music from India to the world.
Speaking about the honour, Armaan Malik said, “I’m delighted to receive another nomination at the prestigious MTV EMA for my English single ‘U’!
Armaan Malik added, “Last time, I won the award for my debut single ‘Control’ and it was a huge career milestone for me! I want to make my fans, family and country proud again. I wish myself as well as the other talented nominees, this is a big moment for all of us.”
The award ceremony celebrating artists worldwide will take place on November 13 in Dusseldorf, Germany.
