For just over a week, you’ll be able to get three free months of PC Game Pass when you buy two new Twitch subs or gift subscriptions. The joint promotion between Twitch and Microsoft was announced today. It will run from November 3, 2022 at 1 PM ET through November 11, 2022 at 6 PM ET.
A large library of titles is available from Microsoft’s subscription service. Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Microsoft Flight Simulator and Gears Tactics are among the best PC Game Pass games. Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite and many other titles are also available.
To receive three free months of PC Game Pass, you must purchase two eligible Twitch subscriptions within the duration of the promotion. After your purchase, you will receive a code in your Twitch inbox. The same code will also be on the Drops & Rewards Inventory page. You will then be able to redeem the code on the Xbox website (opens in a new tab).
Twitch outlines its eligibility rules in more depth on a separate help page. The following are eligible subscriptions and gift subscriptions for the Xbox Promotion:
Eligible Twitch subscriptions for Xbox Advertising
- New monthly subscriptions (any level)
- Multi-month subordinates (3-month, 6-month)
- Gift subscriptions (any level for any number of months)
The following allocations are NOT eligible:
Ineligible Twitch signups for Xbox Promotion
- Existing recurrent under-renewal
- Main below
- Monthly subscriptions that are redeemed before they fully expire (you cannot set your subscription to cancel and then re-subscribe at a discount before the subscription fully expires)
- Subscriptions received through Sub Token redemptions
- Purchases of other products (Bits, Turbo, etc.)
As mentioned above, the promotion is only available to new Game Pass members.
