The midsize pickup segment still looks healthy in October 2022, according to numbers from Toyota and Honda. Ford Ranger sales are still very low, but seem to have stabilized at around 4,000 trucks per month. In October, Ford trades places with the Ridgeline, slightly outselling the Honda. The Tacoma still dominates the midsize pickup segment, selling more than 20,000 trucks in the last few months.
