Gilberto ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez will need to put constant pressure on WBA’s Dmitry Bivol to win on Saturday night, November 5, in their fight live on DAZN in Abu Dhabi.

“So you will get respect. You won’t beat Dmitry Bivol, but you can fight him,” said Mora.
“Gilberto Ramirez has been amazing since moving up to 175 pounds, but he’s fought, let’s be honest, C or D level competition up to this point. It’s not his fault.
“He was put in this position by the WBA, who said, ‘To get the right challenge, you have to fight and beat these guys.’ Dmitry Bivol is a different animal altogether.
“We will see; I don’t know if Gilberto Ramirez is different, but 100% Gilberto Ramirez. He had to press Bivol for the whole battle. He will mix punches together.
“Bivol, I’m not only watching the Canelo fight, but I was at the Joe Smith fight. When Joe Smith tried to use Dmitry Bivol and he got hurt at the end of a bad decision. That’s how I see this fight going.
“Gilberto Ramirez is trying to apply pressure, but Dmitry Bivol wins these rounds,” said Mannix.

“Well, he can take a page from what Canelo tried to do that didn’t work. So avoid that,” Mora said. “Ramirez can actually use the jab and let Bivol come to him because Bivol is very good at fighting on the back foot and really keeping that distance and keeping that real responsibility and discipline behind that jab.
“If he can do that, so he’s coming to you and coming out of that chemical, maybe you can catch him coming in with some things that you can focus on that part of the body. It’s going to be very difficult to penetrate the oil. guard and get a good headshot on Bivol,” Mora said.
