By Barry Holbrook: Tyson Fury is using cruiserweight/bridgerweight Alen Babic to help him prepare for his fight with goalkeeper Derek Chisora on December 3 at the BT Sports Box Office at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium in London.
Babic (11-0, 10 KOs) may be a little too small to repeat what WBC heavyweight champion Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) will be dealing with the 250+ lb Chisora (33-12 , 23 KOs).
It is possible that Fury’s reason for using the younger Babic as one of his partners is that he uses the same pressure style that the 38-year-old Chisora uses in his fights.
As Babic said, Fury is helping his old friend by giving Chisora a fight with a big payday. Babic sees Fury-Chisora III as a “fan-friendly” fight that will be interesting.
It is likely that the fight will be slow with Fury taking on Chisora to avoid injury and ensure that Tottenham fans see them fighting for the 12th round.
At this stage in Chisora’s career, he is very quick with movement, and should be an easy fight for Fury.

Every person who says something bad about a fight will watch the fight” said Babic about Fury’s title defense against the journeyman Chisora.
“This is a fight between two people; They are two people who are the best at what they do. I don’t think we’ll see a lot of technical boxing. I think it’s more of a friendly fight. It doesn’t have to be important to every battle of his career.
“I think this is a fight for the fans, for himself. He doesn’t need more money,” said Babic of Fury. “He missed the fight. So who do you call? Derek Chisora. It’s a perfect fight, and Derek Chisora always is up to the challenge.
“He is a good man. He came to me and put me in a hotel and everything, where I would eat, where I would train,” said Babic about Fury.
“He got me this beautiful apartment. His mind was blown. I love him; I love Tyson Fury. Derek Chisora and Tyson Fury are in the top five that I want to watch. So, of course, I will look,” said Babic.
