Tyson Fury sent a shock wave as the boxer attempted to drum up support for a fight that has disrupted British boxing.
Fury left his armor shield when the video asked questions the “Gypsy King” did not want to answer.
Fury was aware of the reaction of British fans to his fight with Derek Chisora. The last thing he wanted was someone reminding him of his directness like a true Geordie Brian Davis.
But from two minutes into the interview, Fury was upset. He became angrier as the conversation continued.
It’s no secret that the Geordie has already aired his views in public, such as on World Boxing News.
There is no doubt that the WBC champion knows about the statements in the interview.
A true Geordie with verbal jabs
With the jabs from Davis starting to land, Fury decided to go straight in with his thoughts.
He asked the Geordie: “What do you get here?”
Davis responded: “You’re charging people Pay Per View, and you’ve already beaten him twice.”
Tyson responded: “I also beat Deontay Wilder twice, and people still paid him.”
After a bit of back-and-forth, Tyson tried to say that Chisora is a heavyweight, so he has a chance in the fight.
Geordie replied: “He won’t let you down because he fought you so hard at the end with the crowd roaring at the end of the fight.”

Without further ado, Fury said: “The guys were fighting, and Chisora did what he had to do.
“No matter what people like you want to say about Derek Chisora, he has won in boxing, and fought more than ten men like you could have.
“So I’m not going to let you just sit here and kill someone who fought the best fighters of this era just because he lost a few fights.”
Geordie hit back: “Derek Chisora is a legend, but he’s not good enough to fight you.”
Fury defended his opponent for the second time but inadvertently gave the Geordie another chance to score.
“He has done a lot in this game and he deserves his payday. I agreed to give it to him.
Davis went in for the kill
Geordie picked up those words immediately.
“This is about Chisora’s payday, and that separates you from your old mate a little?”
He was so angry that he couldn’t think of an answer at that moment. Finally he said: “Erm, not really. Chisora does what he does, and he fights people.
“He gets his success, but he has more lives than a cat.”
Having regained his composure, Fury has reacted to the number of promoters selling Frank Warren tickets for the December 3 event at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium.
