MDan + Sher duo user Shai Mooney revealed a nearly 50-pound weight loss on Thursday.
While Mooney shared a full-body photo of herself on Instagram in the months leading up to the announcement, she shared how much weight she’d lost on her Instagram story.
“It’s been a little over 5 months I believe and I’m down about 50 pounds,” Mooney wrote. “For those asking: clean eating/no alcohol and walking 7 miles a day. And some weight. That’s it!”

Mooney went on to encourage her nearly 300,000 followers to take her post as a “sign” to recovery, writing that she has “literally never felt better physically, mentally and spiritually.”
“If you’re looking for a sign … love everyone,” Mooney wrote.
Mooney’s announcement comes as musician Taylor Swift edited her music video to appease fans who called it “fatphobic.” The original music video for “Anti-Hero,” which premiered alongside Swift’s new album on October 21 midnight, A scene featured the award-winning singer stepping on a scale, which read, “Fat.” The current video only shows him standing on the scale, not reading it.
