To track your Microsoft order, go to the ‘Order History’ page in your account. If the status of your order is ‘Shipped’, you can click on the ‘Track Shipping’ link below the status information. You cannot check if the order is still ‘Pending’ – this means it is not yet available for delivery.

You can request to return a product up to 30 days after receiving your purchase for a refund. This does not include original shipping charges. To request a return, go to the ‘Order History’ page in your account and select ‘Request a Return’. Follow the instructions and upon approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Make sure your items are in their original packaging and brand new condition before returning them. Please allow 3–5 business days to receive your refund after Microsoft has received your items.
