Heavyweight Sonny Conto remained undefeated with a second-round stoppage in the six-round main event at the 2300 arena.

The fight card, which drew a solid crowd, was promoted by Joe Hand Promotions,

Bryant shot straight from his corner, and followed Conto. The Philadelphia native battled back and forth and dropped Bryant with a hard left hand before the bell ended the opening frame.

In the second round, Conto continued to pound until Bryant was exhausted, and the corner stopped the fight at 2:13.

Conto of Philadelphia is now 11-0 with nine hits. Bryant of Pittsburgh won 6-2.

In the co-main event, 21-year-old rookie Bryce Mills defeated Larry Fryers in a six-round bantamweight fight.

Mills of Liverpool, New York won 60-54 on all cards and is now 10-1. The Fryers of Yonkers, New York are 11-6-1.

Everlon still picked up a four-round decision over Tariq Green in a top middleweight fight.

Again for Voorhees, New Jersey won by scores of 40-36 and 39-37 twice and is now 3-2. Green of Philadelphia is 2-2.

Carlos Marrero defeated Tyree Arnold in the fourth round of the light welterweight bout.

Marrero of Bridgeport, Connecticut won 39-37 on all cards and is now 4-8-3. Arnold is from Philadelphia 1-5/

Shane Slocumb won his first bout with a second round stoppage over Jonathan Wiles in a scheduled four round heavyweight bout.

The stoppage time was 2:58 for Philadelphia native Slocumb, who is now 1-0 with one strikeout. Wiles of Philadelphia is 0-2.

James White stopped Kenyan Williams in three rounds of the heavyweight championship.

The stoppage time is 2:39 to start White’s meeting of Warwick, Pennsylvania. Williams of Winchester, Virginia 0-3.
